Unclaimed Patronage Capital Credits Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative (SSVEC) is looking for members who have patronage capital credits available to them which have gone uncashed or unclaimed. The owners of these funds were served by Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc., in 1994, 1995, and/or 2020. These checks/funds were either returned by the post office or never cashed or otherwise claimed by the members.
