The University of Arizona's most enduring tradition is the slogan and battle cry, “Bear Down.” We lean into this battle cry every day at the College of Applied Science & Technology. We were founded in 2019 as a new academic college because of the rapid growth of our Cyber Operations program. Despite our success, CAST holds on tightly to our roots as the University of Arizona’s branch campus in Sierra Vista, Ariz.
