CONGRATULATIONS to our finalists! Washington Youth Tour finalists gathered Wednesday evening, Nov. 6, at the Multi-Purpose Room on the Benson Schools campus. 15 students were selected for an all-expense paid trip to the nation's capital, as we have done for the past 42 years! Washington Students representing nine high schools in the Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative (SSVEC) service territory were awarded all-expense paid trips to the nation's capital at a dinner and ceremony Nov. 6 in Benson. The 42nd annual Washington Youth Tour, sponsored by the SSVEC Foundation, is scheduled for June 2025.
