VOLUNTEER INTERFAITH VICAP CAREGIVER PROGRAM The Sierra Vista Volunteer Interfaith Caregiver Program (VICAP) a non-profit 501(C)(3) organization, is a Qualifying Charitable Organization for the AZ Tax Credit Program per the Arizona Department of Revenue. Your state tax obligations may be offset dollar for dollar using AZ DOR Form 321. Tax credit limits are $470 for Single/head of household, and $938 for married filing joint return. VICAP is a critical Cochise County resource for senior and disabled individuals (Neighbors). VICaP volunteers provide free transportation for medical appointments, (to include all Tucson area medical facilities), and grocery shopping among other services. We strive to help our Neighbors throughout Cochise County continue to live independently and maintain the quality of life.
