ADMISSION CRITERIA Age: 18+ Diagnosis: Substance use disorders (SUD) and co-occurring disorders. Insurance: AHCCCS accepted. Uninsured/underinsured may qualify (contact SEABHS at 520-586-6940 Voluntary Participation: Must accept treatment willingly. Medical Needs: No specialized medical care or detox permitted. Medications: Bring a 30-day supply or prescription at admission. ABOUT US Casa De Esperanza is a co-ed Behavioral Health Residential Facility with 37 beds, dedicated to individuals facing substance use disorders, including those with co-occurring conditions. Our treatment program is crafted to deliver a person-centered approach, focusing on individual strengths to help achieve lasting recovery. Utilizing a trauma-informed care model, we offer a fully integrated, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive treatment regimen that fosters empowerment and encourages active engagement in the recovery journey. RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT PROGRAM Adopting a holistic approach to wellness and recovery, our program skillfully blends educational and therapeutic elements to promote personal growth and healing. SERVICES INCLUDE Relapse prevention to prepare residents to identify strategies to prevent relapse, and to assess their readiness to change behavior and choices. Individual weekly counseling. Group therapy meets for 1.5 hours, four days a week. 14 weekly, 1 hour psychoeducational groups. 6 hours of daily structured groups including nursing wellness, psychoeducation, life skills, relapse prevention, and family education. Weekly onsite 12-step groups (AA, NA, and CA) are available. Peer support specialists will offer role modeling and advocacy throughout the recovery process. LEARNING TOGETHER Explore opportunities to understand addiction, self- defeating behaviors, family dynamics, and the importance of responsibility toward oneself and others.
