YOGA + Studio offers practices of multi-discipline yoga and stretching, along with different cardio classes (schedule currently includes Zumba®, Pilates, Capoeira, [occasional] Muay Thai Fitness/Cardio Kickboxing), and guided/visual meditations. At YOGA + Studio, we promote the building and then expansion of foundational elements of mind and body. Emphasis is put on you knowing and understanding YOUR body and knowing what does and does not feel good, while making you aware of poses or movements that may be inadvisable for you. We understand the importance of teaching to ALL bodies at all stages. Coming for Yoga or Pilates? Grab your mat and come as you are. Blocks, straps, and blankets are available at the Studio for you to use. YOGA + Studio also sells Liforme mats that offer a unique alignment system to further your practice. Coming for cardio? Bring a water bottle and personal towel, if needed. Water dispenser and tea available to you at the studio.
