It was the first rose to win that honor. Sandra's also won the Grower's Cup for Best Rosé, and Los Milies' Hammah's 2022 won the Grower's Cup for Best White Wine in the state. Our winery Established in Southern Arizona in 2018, Pavle Milic, winemaker, and partner Mo Garfinkle opened Los Milics Vineyards Tasting Room in Elgin, Arizona in 2022. The sculptural structure is built into the vineyard at the foot of the Mustang Mountains. Mr. Bruce, which locals call the Biscuit, is the iconic landform that dominates the horizon. The Biscuit In the evening our tasting room is transformed into Los Milics dining room, "The Biscuit." Chef Ana Borrajo, who is from Granada, Spain, blends culinary traditions of Spain, southern Europe, and the Mediterranean coastline with flavors of our southern border. Our winemaker, Pavle Milic, suggests sublime Los Milies wine pairings. The Casitas at Los Milics Complete your experience by staying with us at one of our nine casitas, each one is nestled into our vineyard. Each is a one-bedroom suite with a private roofed patio.
